Summary
The Bloomington-Normal YMCA has had a water exercise class named the Rusty Hinges for many years in its beautiful pool. I've been a member for 16 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the arthritis exercises and happy relationship of a great group of men and women.
Recently, looking down the length of the pool, seeing 24 people in their colorful swimwear, exercising, laughing and talking, I felt so proud of this loyal class. We are fortunate to have this class in this facility.See the full content of this document
