LINCOLN -- Substantial progress has been made on a project that could provide a new start for women battling domestic violence, abuse and drug addiction.
The Genesis Ministries Project has finished work on an apartment that will serve as home for managers at the former Bartmann Health Center north of Lincoln. Genesis board president David Alexander said Hank Kerr will serve as interim director for the project.See the full content of this document
