SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Betty Dick has won the right to stay in a cabin high in the Rocky Mountains after battling the U.S. Department of the Interior over land bought by her late husband, who was president of a Bloomington bank.

The land was spared after U.S. Rep. Mark Udall, D-Colo., stepped in on her behalf.
