CREVE COEUR - Authorities have arrested a 50-year old McLean man in the hit-and-run death of a 17-year-old boy early Saturday.
Ross T. Kindelberger, 50, of McLean, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Saturday through a joint effort of Creve Coeur Police, Tazewell County Sheriff's police and the Illinois State Police, Tazewell County Coroner Dan Conover said.See the full content of this document
