NORMAL -- Tired of hearing complaints from his nephews, Robert "Sly" Garrett did what any good uncle would do. He gave into their pleadings.

Twin City residents also are benefiting from Garrett's decision to open Sly's Barbecue at 616 W. Raab Road, Normal. Located near Heartland Community College and Lincoln College, Garrett opened last month to be fully prepared for college students returning to the schools in August.
