BLOOMINGTON - Bloomington District 87's taxpayers likely will see little or no change in the district's portion of their property tax bill next year after the school board passed a $40.9 million tax levy Wednesday night.
The district assumes the total taxable value of property in the district grew by about 1.5 percent in 2011.
