NORMAL - A spring storm rolled through northern McLean County on Wednesday afternoon, and one person was injured in a wind-related accident.
A semitrailer truck was blown over about 4:30 p.m. on southbound Interstate 39 about two miles north of Normal, state police at Pontiac said.
