BLOOMINGTON - Organizers of next weekend's 52nd annual Illinois Mennonite Relief Sale don't know where they'll hold their show in years to come.
After this spring, only half of the Interstate Center's main expo building in Bloomington will be available to the relief sale and other major events because the structure has been sold to Birkey's Farm Store implement company. The Mennonite Relief Sale currently uses the entire building, and the sale board is considering alternate sites and dates for 2011. No decision has been made.
