CLINTON - Nearly 10 months after an ice storm severely crippled the two towers that house the WHOW radio antennas in Clinton, the towers will finally be replaced and brought back to full power.

That announcement coincides with the sale of the station by WHOW Radio LLC managing partner Bill Brady to Randall Miller, the owner of Miller Media Group of Taylorville. On Oct. 16, Miller's Kaskaskia Broadcasting Inc. began management of the stations.
