NORMAL - Gov. Pat Quinn didn't directly say during a stop Thursday in Normal that he thinks U.S. Sen. Roland Burris should resign, but he came close.

"Obviously, Mr. Burris has to make that decision," Quinn told reporters following his address at the Illinois State University Founders' Day convocation. It was Quinn's first visit to Normal since he took office Jan. 29 after Gov. Rod Blagojevich was ousted.
