BLOOMINGTON -McLean County State's Attorney Bill Yoder has promoted Jane Foster to first assistant state's attorney, replacing Kim Campbell. Campbell is leaving to assume the role of McLean County public defender.

Foster joined the state's attorney's office in 2001 and is currently the supervisor of its Domestic Violence Division. She oversees prosecution of child sex offenders and sex offender registration violations.
