BLOOMINGTON -- People in a subdivision near Bloomington airport have discolored, potentially unsafe drinking water, according to Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan.
Her office is suing David Smith and his business, Colonial Meadows Water Company Public Water Supply, over what it says are poor management practices and failure to chlorinate and fluoridate the water for Colonial Meadows subdivision.
