Buying their house at 1005 Broadwayin Normal was the best 10- minute decision Kathy and Mark Burgess ever made.

"We had absolutely no intention of moving, but my husband kept saying that there was a house he wanted us to take a look at," said Kathy Burgess. "The Realtor told us it was a Pillsbury house, but we didn't know what that meant at first. ... I begrudgingly came here. But the more I looked at it, the more the details drew me in. He (architect Arthur Pillsbury) didn't let any space go to waste."
