I opened my Pantagraph on Oct. 29 and read with total disbelief the bold black headlines regarding the accident that took the life of Tyler Harris.
I was appalled that this would appear in such a bold way, and on the front page. Why not put it in a small print article as most coroner's reports have been printed in the past?See the full content of this document
