BLOOMINGTON - An Oct. 3 hearing is scheduled for a former Bloomington pastor accused more than two years ago of aggravated battery after a domestic dispute with his wife.

Ted Pierce, the former pastor of Second Presbyterian Church, Bloomington, is charged with aggravated battery, criminal trespass to a residence and domestic battery in the June 29, 2006, incident.
