I agree meetings of public bodies should be open to the public, but what is a public meeting? I believe the wording is: the majority of a quorum.
Our (Woodford County) Road and Bridge Committee consists of five members, a quorum is three members, a majority of three is two. This means I can talk with any person I wish about Road and Bridge except a member of my committee. This even included telephone conversations.See the full content of this document
