As anyone who drives east on Vernon Avenue between Brookwood and Kathleen knows, under slippery conditions the curve in that road becomes dangerous.
There are damaged guardrails present demonstrating how hazardous this road can be; however, the guardrail on Vernon does not extend far enough west to afford adequate protection for the Constitution Trail and the home on the corner.See the full content of this document
