Alex Ludwig singled home the winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the BNBA 18 Gold baseball team a 2-1 win over the K.C. Sluggers in a pool play game Saturday at the University of Iowa Invitational Tournament at Iowa City, Iowa.

Michael Collins had an RBI single in the sixth to put the Gold up 1-0 before the Sluggers tied the game, 1-1, in the bottom of the sixth.
