LINCOLN - Paperwork from two tornadoes that did more than $10 million damage in Logan County earlier this month still were on the desk of Logan County Emergency Management Agency director Dan Fulscher when another tornado struck the northeast part of Lincoln about 12:30 a.m. Friday.

"I dont know if you could call it a Good Friday," quipped Fulscher, who was kept awake overnight Thursday dealing with the aftermath of what was the states only reported touchdown from the latest severe-weather system.
