LINCOLN - Lincoln College has named Dan Hemenway as interim athletic director.-He replaces Allen Pickering, who retired as athletic director at the end of December.

California State.- He joined Lincoln College in 1991 as head swim coach and physical education instructor. In 15 years, the mens and womens teams have placed second at the national championships 12 times.-He has coached 12 national champions, 96 All-Americans and 32 Academic All-Americans. He was named National Coach of the Year three times.
