BLOOMINGTON - Outpatient mental health treatment and counseling for the working poor is returning after McLean County's mental health agency was told its state cut is not as severe as what was announced in June.

The Center for Human Services in downtown Bloomington began resuming services Wednesday to non-Medicaid, uninsured clients, said Executive Director Tom Barr. Staff members began contacting clients whose services were dropped, and about 100 potentially new clients who were turned away since late June.
