NORMAL - The cause of death of a 13-year-old Kingsley Junior High School student who collapsed at school Tuesday is undetermined and further tests will need to be done.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy Thursday on Donnie Hampton of Normal. The office has not returned repeated telephone calls from The Pantagraph, but Normal Police Chief Kent Crutcher said Friday it could take up to 12 weeks before additional tests are complete.See the full content of this document
