OTTAWA - The videotaped confessions of a man accused of beating his Seneca neighbors to death will not be thrown out, a LaSalle County judge ruled Tuesday.

Keith Mackowiak, 41, is charged with first-degree murder in the July 2007 deaths of Aloysius Twardowski, 84, and his wife, Catherine, 87.
