Illinois State junior defensive tackle Eric Brunner and senior cornerback E.J. Jones were named all-Missouri Valley Conference first-team performers on Monday.
A total of eight Redbirds were named to the all-conference teams, including second-team picks sophomore wide receiver Tyrone Walker, junior center Cal McCarthy and junior linebacker Josh Howe.
