BLOOMINGTON - A Normal packaging firm whose founder was killed in a 2004 plane crash has filed a lawsuit against a local insurance agency over policies it recommended the company purchase.

Commercial Packaging contends that Bloomington-based Clemens & Associates Inc. was negligent when it advised the company to take out liability policies which excluded covering damages related to the company airplane.
