In a letter that appeared in The Pantagraph on Jan. 2, ("Bush's anti-gay rhetoric has parallels to Saddam"), Tom O. McCulley likened the terrorist tactics of Saddam Hussein to President Bush's attempt to keep homosexuals from forming legal unions.
I find this offensive. While Saddam Hussein imprisoned, tortured and murdered his own citizens, Mr. Bush's proposed legislation would, among other things, continue to bar homosexuals from naming their partners on their insurance.See the full content of this document
