NORMAL - A familiar face from the Twin City business community will lead the first phase of a new project that will offer help to entrepreneurs and new businesses in McLean County.
Larry Maschhoff, who was president and chief executive officer at the Bank of Illinois for 23 years until its failure March 5, will be outreach manager for the McLean County Business Incubator.
