PONTIAC - United Fixtures/Interlake, parent company of a Pontiac plant, will head back to bankruptcy court Thursday in Delaware for a hearing that includes a motion to break its union contracts.
The Naperville-based company that makes commercial shelving, racks and storage systems, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization Jan. 5 in federal district court in Wilmington, Del.
