The Naperville-based company that makes commercial shelving, racks and storage systems, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization Jan. 5 in federal district court in Wilmington, Del. Interlake Material Handling Inc. is a subsidiary in charge of the Pontiac plant.
