BLOOMINGTON - Business for the hotel and lodging industry in the Twin Cities continued to be slow in 2003, despite hopes of more guests checking in and out.

"Overall last year, the market did not recover," said Bill Legett, president of the Bloomington-Normal Hotel-Lodging Association.
