EUREKA - The city will place a lien on property on North Liberty Street to make sure it can recoup any expenses related to its cleanup, according to a city official.
City Engineer Tony Dowiatt said the house at 205 N. Liberty St. is unlivable and will be demolished at the expense of owner Nicholas Firrantello, who agreed to pay up to $10,000 for demolition, removal of debris, fill and leveling of property.See the full content of this document
