Eleven area wrestlers advance to next week's state tournament on Saturday at the Tolono Unity Sectional wrestling tournament.

Six grapplers moved on by winning sectional crowns. Brian Lange of GCMS won the title at 130 pounds and was followed by Cody Moody of Clinton at 135. Prairie Central's Luke Taylor won at 145 and GCMS' Craig Acree placed first at 160. Olympia's Trevor Kaufman won the title at 189 and Matt Cooper gave Clinton its second crown at 275.
