Dick Durbin has described President Bush's nomination of U.S. Circuit Judge John Roberts to the U.S. Supreme Court as "divisive." This is in stark contrast to Durbin's "unifying" statements -- heard throughout the world -- about the treatment by U.S. troops towards enemy combatants at Guantanamo.
