BLOOMINGTON -- A Chicago man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for dealing drugs in the Twin Cities and failing to show up for his sentencing hearing.

Damon O'Neal, 29, received nine years for delivery of a controlled substance and a consecutive two-year term for violation of bail bond.
