SPRINGFIELD - A former employee of the DeWitt County circuit clerk's office has filed a federal lawsuit alleging malicious prosecution in connection with criminal charges filed against her and later dropped.
Susan Stevens, 55, of Clinton is seeking more than $100,000 in damages from DeWitt County, former Circuit Clerk Kathy Weiss, former Assistant State's Attorney Andrew Killian, current State's Attorney Richard Koritz and state police investigator Ryan Buehenrkemper.See the full content of this document
