Whether you love him or hate him, a lot of folks will admit Rush Limbaugh is nail-on-the-head correct about one thing -- when liberals are out of power the stranger, funnier and more frantic they become.

Witness Mike Matejka's most recent diatribe ("Eisenhower kept the tax burden on the rich," YourViews, Feb. 12) on tax breaks for the rich and a return to "brutal 19th century capitalism". This is a dead horse that has been beaten far too long.
