I'm tired of Democrats and their partners, the media, blaming President Bush for everything -- falsely. He called the area a disaster area before the hurricane and called (Louisiana Gov. Kathleen) Blanco to request that she evacuate New Orleans, but she refused.
The mayor failed to execute a written plan to evacuate those with no transportation. Bush called Blanco to allow him to federalize the National Guard so he could add them to the Louisiana National Guard troops. She refused!See the full content of this document
