BLOOMINGTON - A McLean County jury ruled Thursday that the death of a 61-year-old Decatur man in Evergreen Lake was accidental.
Gerald C. McKinnon was found dead March 24 in a car submerged in the lake. He was reported missing March 1 after his Feb. 20 release from a Decatur mental health center.See the full content of this document
