CLINTON -- Construction could begin this summer on a water tower on the west side of Clinton.
The Clinton school board approved an easement agreement last week to allow the city to install infrastructure for the project. A water line extension will be constructed along the west side of the U.S. 51 bypass and a sewer line will be extended from Kelly Court in Marriah Park north of the high school on Illinois 54.See the full content of this document
