DECATUR - A feisty U.S. Sen. Roland Burris reasserted his innocence Wednesday of any wrongdoing involving a Nov. 13 telephone conversation in which the then-Senate hopeful discussed possibly helping former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's campaign fund.
A federal judge on Tuesday authorized the release of a transcript obtained via a wiretap of Burris' conversation with Robert Blagojevich.
