Chris Boward rushed 20 times for 201 yards and two touchdowns to lead Lincoln High School's football team past Springfield Lanphier, 35-19, in a Central State Eight Conference football opener Friday night at Lincoln.
Lincoln scored the first points of the game with a safety early in the second quarter. On the ensuing kickoff, Kurt Courtwright fielded the kick and went 80 yards for the score.
