Summary
Bagworms have been feeding voraciously in Central Illinois. Their favorite targets are arborvitae, juniper, pine, cedar and spruce, which they can severely defoliate.
These evergreens can be killed by heavy bagworm infestations. Bagworms will also feed on ornamental trees and shrubs as well as fruit trees; however, since these plants grow new leaves each year, the damage is not as devastating.See the full content of this document
