BLOOMINGTON - Three people have been indicted on charges of producing child pornography last year in Bloomington and Peoria, following charges against three others earlier this year.
Brian K. Isaac, 39, listed in one report at a Springfield address, and Douglas M. Evans, 56, of Peoria, and a third man not yet arrested are the latest indicted on federal charges. They are accused of being involved in a group that plied at least six boys and girls 13 to 15 years old with alcohol and marijuana and persuaded them to perform sexual acts in homes and motel rooms in Bloomington and Peoria from December 2004 to December 2005.See the full content of this document
